Our classic Craftsman style home built in 1940’s is located on the baseball/soccer field in the original sub-division of Graeagle, California. This home is owned by Bret and Lynn Smith owners of the Gray Eagle Lodge located in the Lakes Basin.
This home is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom two-story home. The first floor consists of a king bedroom, a full bathroom, and a two-twin bedroom. The newly completed upstairs is configured with one king bedroom, a full bathroom, a two-twin bedroom with smart TV, and a coffee bar/seating room. This upstairs can also be accessed via a private outdoor staircase.
The very private backyard is on a greenbelt with open space. A wood deck with table and chairs is under a huge tree providing shade during the summer. The front yard is fenced in with two chairs on the front porch. Bring your baseballs, bats, and soccer balls to enjoy the grassy field right in front of the house. This is also a great location to watch the 4th of July fireworks celebration.
Since the home is owned by Gray Eagle Lodge, during Gray Eagle Lodge’s season which runs from Memorial to the end of September, we will offer guests the opportunity to dine with us for breakfast and/or dinner. We will provide priority breakfast and dinner reservations each day. Guests will order off our normal breakfast and dinner menus (meals not included in nightly price). Guests will also have access to Gray Eagle Lodge grounds for hiking, mountain biking, bar, etc.
The main floor has a family room with a gas fireplace, large cozy RH leather couches, a smart TV, and a checkers/chess table. The dining room will fit eight people with another gas fireplace adding to the ambience. The kitchen is open with a butcher block island that fits two barstools. Bring your recipe book and ingredients and enjoy the view from the kitchen to the grassy backyard. There is a small alcove just off the kitchen with a bar cart for your provisions.

May 16 through September 30 - $475 per night, 9% room tax, $250 cleaning fee.
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's, $475 a night per night, 9% room tax, $250 cleaning fee.
You will be required to sign a Rental Agreement.
Pets are negotiable at $50 a night (1 pet maximum)
Check-in: AFTER 3:00 pm • Check-out: BEFORE 11:00 am
Payment in full required via personal check
Noise Ordinance: Quiet from 10 pm to 8 am.
RVs including boats/trailers are not allowed to park at house or surrounding area
Parking for cars in driveway only
No firearms (loaded/unloaded) allowed on property
On-site parties or group events strictly prohibited on property (weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc.)
No more than eight (8) guests on/in property at any time
Minimum age to rent: 25 years old
You will be responsible for any damages to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay
Cancellation
Cancellation or changes 4 weeks prior to arrival will receive a partial refund (50%) if cancelled by 11:59PM (times based on property's local time). No credit for future stays. Cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival will receive no refund.
